Breathizen Shipping Policy
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You receive a confirmation email immediately and a tracking email once the parcel ships.
US delivery
Typically 5 to 7 business days by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Three- and six-bottle packages ship free within the US; a small shipping fee applies to two bottles.
International delivery
Typically 10 to 15 business days. Customs duties or taxes, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
Delays and lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 days, email support@breathijen.com and we will trace or reship.
Address changes
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change an address.
Storage on arrival
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
