Breathizen Refund Policy
60-day guarantee
Every order placed through the Breathizen official website is covered for 60 days from the purchase date. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the product price.
How to request a refund
Email support@breathijen.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and a return number. Send back all bottles from the order, including empty ones.
What is refunded
The product price. Original shipping charges and return postage are not refunded.
Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the return arrives at the warehouse.
About other numbers you may see
Some third-party pages advertise different guarantee lengths. The terms that apply to you are the ones shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. For orders through this site, that is 60 days.
Not covered
Bottles bought from marketplaces or other sellers, and requests made after 60 days.
